A good printing plate starts with a well-prepared design. Our technical team can review your vector artwork and highlight parameters crucial for high-quality production—such as minimum line thickness, critical spacing, tolerances, and other technical requirements.
Based on the provided graphic artwork, our experts will help you assess whether the desired effect is technically feasible and determine the most suitable solution for its implementation.
To ensure that we can properly prepare and manufacture a magnesium or brass die, please provide the following information when placing your order:

Plate Thickness
Magnesium - 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 mm
Brass - 3, 4 or 7 mm are available as standard, while other thicknesses are also available upon request.

Artwork File
The artwork must be provided in a vector format: .CDR, .AI or .PDF

Design Size and Orientation
The design should be provided at original size (1:1), without scaling, mirroring or reversing to negative.

Application
Please specify the intended application of the die, for example:
- hot stamping / foil stamping
- embossing
- blind (dry) stamping /branding
- other specific application

Additional Technical Information
Where relevant to the project, please provide:
- for a magnesium die, the required etching depth
- whether registration marks are included in the artwork and whether they should remain on the die
- the material/substrate onto which the die will be applied
- any other specific requirements related to the application
The artwork should contain only the design to be reproduced on the die, i.e. the printing elements.
If the die is intended for mould making or another non-standard application, please specify this when placing the order so that we can adapt the manufacturing process to the requirements of the application.
